Awhile is an independent focus tool published by ARCKONE SRL (registered office: Rue Beyaert 83, 7500 Tournai, Belgium). Awhile is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

Instagram and the Instagram logo are trademarks of Instagram LLC. Meta is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Awhile™ is a trademark of ARCKONE SRL. All other names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners.

All references to Instagram in this website, in the Awhile application, and in its marketing materials are made under the principle of nominative fair use (Article 14 of the European Union Trade Mark Regulation 2017/1001 and the corresponding case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union), solely to describe the third-party service that users may choose to access through Awhile’s browser.

Awhile does not access, store, transmit, scrape, or interact with any Instagram API or any Instagram user data. Users access Instagram directly through a standard mobile WebView using their own credentials, under Meta’s own Terms of Use, for which they remain solely responsible.

The Awhile name, logo, application, and all original content on this site (texts, graphics, layouts, interfaces, source code) are the property of ARCKONE SRL or its licensors. Reproduction, adaptation, redistribution or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

ARCKONE SRL takes reasonable measures to ensure the quality and security of this site but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or technical incompatibilities. The information published is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, fiscal or financial advice.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. ARCKONE SRL does not control those resources and cannot guarantee their availability, security or content. Access to those resources is at the user’s own risk.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. This site does not use any analytics or tracking cookies.

Notices of alleged intellectual property infringement, trademark concerns, or any other legal request relating to Awhile or this website should be sent to hello@awhile.app. We acknowledge notices within 48 business hours and process them in line with Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) and applicable Belgian law.

9. Applicable law

These notices are governed by Belgian law, subject to mandatory rules of European consumer law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, division Tournai, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the user’s country of residence.
